Northland Property Services Ltd is led by Adam Karl, an experienced builder with a career spanning 25 years. Adam completed his apprenticeship in Tauranga and was fully qualified at 19. After gaining international experience in the UK and 17 years in Auckland delivering residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, Adam relocated to Northland. For the past six years, he has focused on lifestyle, residential, and agricultural buildings, making steel-frame sheds a natural fit.
